A provider of outsourced communication solutions is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming phone calls for clients
  • Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school or GED
  • Minimum one year customer service or sales experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Basic computer skills required to include navigation between application and internet sites
  • Ability to pass required background checks
