Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and responding to wide range of telephone inquiries
- Researching Provider Inquiry electronic work processes
- Logging all inquiries and document/update clearly and accurately inquiry tracking system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Approximately 6 months on-site training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years recent customer service experience with significant communication
- Ability to learn and apply Medicare guidelines and computer-based self-service tools
- Knowledge of or ability to learn and apply insurance and medical terminology
- Ability to identify customers issues, research, and initiate appropriate action
