Job Summary

A call center provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Interacting with customers via all channels
  • Meeting clients average handle time targets
  • Attending training and meetings as required

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 6 or more months experience sales with consumer products brands
  • 6 or more months with tier one troubleshooting
  • 2 or more years related customer service experience
  • Able to work at a desk/computer for 95% of each scheduled shift
  • Able to work weekend and holiday hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
