Job Summary
A call center provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interacting with customers via all channels
- Meeting clients average handle time targets
- Attending training and meetings as required
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6 or more months experience sales with consumer products brands
- 6 or more months with tier one troubleshooting
- 2 or more years related customer service experience
- Able to work at a desk/computer for 95% of each scheduled shift
- Able to work weekend and holiday hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
