Job Summary
A marketing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers as needed
- Maintaining composure in escalated situations
- Handling multiple responsibilities at one time
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Meet all technical requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
- Computer knowledge in Windows based application required
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills required
