Job Summary

A marketing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers as needed
  • Maintaining composure in escalated situations
  • Handling multiple responsibilities at one time

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Meet all technical requirements
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
  • Computer knowledge in Windows based application required
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills required
