Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receive and process various incoming phone calls
  • Obtain, enter, and verify customer information
  • Ensure that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Successfully complete initial on-the-job training
  • High school or GED required, minimum one
  • 1+ year customer service or sales experience required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Basic computer skills
