Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive and process various incoming phone calls
- Obtain, enter, and verify customer information
- Ensure that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Successfully complete initial on-the-job training
- High school or GED required, minimum one
- 1+ year customer service or sales experience required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Basic computer skills
