Job Summary
A call center consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Guide customers to the best service appointment that fits their needs
- Make reservations for restaurants and hotels
- Assist customers by placing orders for goods or services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to efficiently follow a script with instructions
- Must uphold client confidentiality at all times
- Be able to manage your time, remain patient, be tactful, understand procedures, and communicate
- Be able to effectively answer caller’s questions while keeping control of the conversation
- Be able to use training techniques to ensure callers believe they are talking to representative of the company they dialed
- Computer Hardware and Software must meet company's minimum requirements
