Job Summary

A call center consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Guide customers to the best service appointment that fits their needs
  • Make reservations for restaurants and hotels
  • Assist customers by placing orders for goods or services

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to efficiently follow a script with instructions
  • Must uphold client confidentiality at all times
  • Be able to manage your time, remain patient, be tactful, understand procedures, and communicate
  • Be able to effectively answer caller’s questions while keeping control of the conversation
  • Be able to use training techniques to ensure callers believe they are talking to representative of the company they dialed
  • Computer Hardware and Software must meet company's minimum requirements
