A customer engagement service needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing exceptional customer service engagement
• Building customer loyalty, and growing business through great customer experiences
• Staying connected through video meetings, regular coaching sessions, collaborative forums

Position Requirements Include:

• High school graduate or equivalent with exceptional communication skills
• Six months or more of customer service experience with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Ability to hardwire (ethernet) direct to your home router during your at home employment
• A dedicated telephone (landline) or smart phone/device is required at all times during employment
• USB Headset and SSD drive to access our systems
