Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members via live chat, phone and email
- Hit or exceed Customer Satisfaction and NPS metrics
- Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately and efficiently in multiple queues/skill sets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5+ years customer service experience
- Track record with achieving or exceeding quotas or metrics
- Able to type 50+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Must have highly reliable, consistent internet service
