Job Summary

Customer Service Super Star!

We are looking for some great people who love helping our customers. You should enjoy making people smile, their day a little brighter and have a passion for our products. This position is remote and we are offering both a fantastic phone and chat/email position. The position you are chosen for will be based off of experience and is at the discretion of the Leadership Team. Please note you will be considered for either.

If helping people makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, then this position might just be for you. We need go-getters with servant's hearts to work answering inbound calls or emails/chats from our customers. These will vary from helping customers with sales, to seeing where a shipment is, researching when something did not go great, or handling general complaints.

We want your personality to shine through. You will be given the freedom to make decisions on helping our customers or making sales in a way that works best for you. You will not have a rigid script, though we will ask you to implement upsell wording at times and to get creative in offering these on your own. You will have a full support team ready and willing to help you out when needed!

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to think outside of the box to provide our customers with unique solutions. Successful candidates will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask. Since sometimes in any customer service or sales position, we might get not-so-happy people, it's important you can handle these interactions with empathy and not take it personally! Relationship building and sales experience is essential for this position.

Awesome if you have:

Customer service experience, and actually love to help!
Requires intermediate software and computer knowledge, strong Web/system navigational experience, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
Ability to think critically and use problem-solving skills to identify the root issues of problems
Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule and manage regular duties with minimal supervision from home
A home office environment that is quiet and free from distraction
High-speed reliable Internet access
Participate in individual and team trainings and meetings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
Ability to understand products at a consumer level
Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
Web camera for video calls/team meetings.
Ability to undergo and pass a background/credit check
Extra Awesome:

Experience working remote successfully in the past
Previous sales experience
Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email and chat.
Job Snapshot:

Location: Remote
Job Type: Hourly - Full Time
Employees qualify for medical, dental, vision benefits and a quarterly bonus.
Schedule can vary, but current need is 8am-5pm, 8am-7pm, OR 10am-7pm for both phones and digital, as well as 3pm-11pm CST for digital (chat/email). Must be able to adapt and change schedules if needed based on business needs. Must be able to work rotating Saturdays 10-4pm CST. Phones are closed on Sundays, but there is a possibility of chat/email team working this if there is interest.
Starting Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
