Job Summary
A consumer financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls
- Building rapport with customer.
- Listening to and responding to requests and inquiries
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years’ experience in insurance claims processing or customer support
- Property & Casualty License
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation
