Job Summary

A consumer financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls
  • Building rapport with customer.
  • Listening to and responding to requests and inquiries

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in insurance claims processing or customer support
  • Property & Casualty License
  • You must be 18 years or older
