Job Summary
A car rental and transportation services company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Akron.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle multiple tasks, such as, talking with and listening to customers
- Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
- Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Must have work-related experience working on a personal computer
- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 6 weeks
- Must meet technical qualifications listed by company
