A business services provider is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Allen.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
• Building a strong relationship with your customer
• Resolving the problem quickly and ensuring situation does not escalate
