A marketing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Record, investigate, and identify profiles to determine appropriate action steps
- Log, track, and appropriately document interactions through utilization of call center technology
- Demonstrate and supports compliance to all policies and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year continuous employment in a Customer Service related position
- Must be able to multitask in a technologically based environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse populations
