A nutritional product retailer has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Boulder.
Must be able to:
- Correspondence with manufacturers and distributors about customer orders
- Organize and maintain outstanding customer questions/concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Mix of office and remote work (currently three days in office)
- Ability to manage, respond to, and resolve customer ticket comments, questions, and concerns
