Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Boulder.
Must be able to:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and e-mail
- Escalate complicated customer issues to supervisors as needed
- Document customer interactions in the database
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of recent, relevant experience in office-based customer service
- Excellent written and verbal language skills
- Excellent ability to de-escalate tense situations with customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
