Job Summary
A customer experience and call center outsourcing solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Clovis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service, over the phone
- Offer solutions and answering questions about a product or service
- Be an advocate for our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Future business needs may require that your work be conducted at our Clovis Contact Center location
- Positive attitude and a natural willingness to want to help others
- Flexible in accepting a set schedule during our operating hours of 7am - 9pm, Monday through Sunday
- Willing to work holidays when they fall within your assigned schedule
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Graduate or GED
