Job Summary

A full-service staffing firm has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking inbound calls for order placement of collection coins products
  • Up selling and cross selling additional items
  • Answering inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to work remotely during the pandemic, with a 75% chance of remaining remote even after the building reopens
  • Availability for equipment pickup in Richardson/Plano area
  • Ability to accommodate an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am-11pm including weekends with flexibility for any shift, any days
  • 6 months Customer Service experience - in person or over the phone
  • Demonstrated pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
