Job Summary
A full-service staffing firm has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking inbound calls for order placement of collection coins products
- Up selling and cross selling additional items
- Answering inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work remotely during the pandemic, with a 75% chance of remaining remote even after the building reopens
- Availability for equipment pickup in Richardson/Plano area
- Ability to accommodate an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am-11pm including weekends with flexibility for any shift, any days
- 6 months Customer Service experience - in person or over the phone
- Demonstrated pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
- High School Diploma or equivalent
