Job Summary

A car rental and transportation services company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Enid.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling multiple tasks, such as, talking with and listening to customers
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
  • Maintaining, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance

Required Skills:

  • Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Experience working on a personal computer (PC), navigating through computer systems
  • Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 6 weeks, M-F, 9-5:30pm CST
  • Must be at least 18 years old
