Job Summary
A global healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Greensboro.
Must be able to:
- Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
- Educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care
- Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Sales or account management experience
- Customer Service experience
