A entertainment and retail company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Hendry County.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading customer through their sales purchases and suggesting additional products
- Educating customers about products and providing an interaction that is fun and personal
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a Telephone Headset
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong organizational, detail orientation and follow through skills
- Strong communication skills and a desire to make customers happy
- Ability to connect with the customer and bring excitement to the call
