Job Summary
A rental company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling multiple tasks, such as, talking with and listening to customers
- Handling incoming calls, efficiently resolving a variety of customer service inquiries
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience focused on resolving customer concerns
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Work-related experience working on a personal computer, navigating through multiple computer systems and screens
- Must have a separate modem
- Ability to apply experience-based knowledge and leadership skills toward organizational goals
