Job Summary

A car rental and transportation services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling multiple tasks, such as, talking with and listening to customers while accessing, reading, and inputting information into numerous applications simultaneously
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer requests
  • Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of systems

Qualifications Include:

  • Current resident of the state of Nevada
  • Minimum 1 year of experience resolving customer concerns and handling difficult conversations
  • Ability to complete virtual training for the first 3 weeks of employment
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with start times between 9am-10:30am (CST), including one weekend day and holidays
  • Ability to receive feedback from managers to improve call quality
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
