Job Summary
A contact center is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Medford.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
- Building a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolving the problem quickly and ensuring situation does not escalate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to speak on the phone and use a computer
