Job Summary

A beverage retailer is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Medley.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling inbound customer support inquiries via online Chat, Zen Desk and/or phone
  • Assisting customer with status of orders, and modification of orders
  • Providing assistance to customer related to questions regarding product availability

Position Requirements Include:

  • Customer oriented and friendly with a supportive presence
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work will with customers and colleagues in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of call center technology with proficiency with MS Office
  • Must have access to a Windows laptop or desktop computer
