Job Summary
A beverage retailer is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Medley.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling inbound customer support inquiries via online Chat, Zen Desk and/or phone
- Assisting customer with status of orders, and modification of orders
- Providing assistance to customer related to questions regarding product availability
Position Requirements Include:
- Customer oriented and friendly with a supportive presence
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work will with customers and colleagues in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of call center technology with proficiency with MS Office
- Must have access to a Windows laptop or desktop computer
