An insurance benefit management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Mobile.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner
- Multitasking on dual computer screens while assisting members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professional demeanor and empathy
- Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
