An outsourcing services company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Norcross.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
- Building a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolving the problem quickly and ensuring situation does not escalate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to speak on the phone and use a computer
