Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Omaha.

Must be able to:

  • Answer telephones and respond to moderately complex customer questions and/or forward calls to appropriate personnel
  • Record calls, process requests and update account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation
  • Perform data entry and matche documents to appropriate accounts to verify up to date and accurate information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Customer service or other telephone experience
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
