Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Omaha.
Must be able to:
- Answer telephones and respond to moderately complex customer questions and/or forward calls to appropriate personnel
- Record calls, process requests and update account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation
- Perform data entry and matche documents to appropriate accounts to verify up to date and accurate information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Customer service or other telephone experience
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
