Job Summary
A transportation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Palm Bay.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Efficiently answering customer requests
- Locating and interpreting complex information
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC)
- Must meet all technical qualifications at the time of application
- Must be at least 18 years old
