An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Panama City Beach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow up to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot equipment and system problems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
