Job Summary
A call center has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer back to back calls and resolving issues
- Build a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolve the problem quickly and ensure the situation does not escalate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to stay calm in escalated customer situations
- Ability to speak on the phone and use a computer
- Must be able to empathize with and be friendly with people you've never met
- Skilled in using logic and solving problems
