Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in setting up or canceling accounts
- Performing troubleshooting
- Handling 50 calls per day; primarily inbound calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to handle a large volume of calls
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for customers
- Ability to assist customers with account setup or cancelation
