A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own customer issues, from start to finish
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Engage with clients and use direct communication to influence the right decisions

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a phone-based/customer service role
  • Available to work any schedule between 5am-9pm including weekends
  • Keen problem solver able to think on your feet
  • Known for your positive and proactive attitude
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and making swift decisions
