A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Seattle.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Assisting with the placement of quotes and orders
  • Overseeing deliverables

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a Team Lead capacity
  • SAP highly preferred
  • A private, in-home office in which to effectively communicate with customers
