A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
- Assisting with the placement of quotes and orders
- Overseeing deliverables
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a Team Lead capacity
- SAP highly preferred
- A private, in-home office in which to effectively communicate with customers
