A pharmacy benefit management company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Sioux Falls.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving incoming calls about requests for information on medication and benefits
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner
  • Navigating modern technologies to extract and research data from various software platforms

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
  • Ability to multitask
