A pharmacy benefit management company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Sioux Falls.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving incoming calls about requests for information on medication and benefits
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner
- Navigating modern technologies to extract and research data from various software platforms
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
- Ability to multitask
