A customer service provider has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Stone Mountain.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering back-to-back calls and resolving issues
- Resolving problems quickly and ensuring situation does not escalate
- Speaking clearly with empathy in both positive and negative situations
