Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Explain complex information in ways that are easy to understand using Excel
- Review historical sales trends
- Answer incoming inquiries about products
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience in customer service in important companies of the sector
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, data entry, and able to run and analyze reports
- Can manage your own priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
