An appliance manufacturer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Fitchburg Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing professional, personable, and accurate responses to customer phone calls
• Verifying and updating account information
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by negotiating and resolving problems

Qualifications Include:

• Training will be onsite and last 6-8 weeks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Ability to efficiently access and enter data using computer systems while speaking with callers
• Well-developed listening and negotiating skills
