Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in the Raleigh Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers
- Resolving those needs effectively and efficiently
- Helping customers with insurance needs like adding/deleting vehicles and drivers from policies or processing renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and payments
Position Requirements Include:
- Must live within 60 miles of Raleigh, NC
- One or more years of college education or relevant work experience
- Work or educational experience must include:Customer service, sales and/or influencing others
- Effectively communicating verbally and in writing
- Computer skills
