Job Summary
A manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in the Richmond Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, faxes, and other inquiries
- Processesing orders, product returns, credits, and bills
- Assessing problems or issues to determine and implement appropriate resolutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend on-site training
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
