Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Retention Representative in Wichita.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming calls about products and services from existing customers
- Retaining customers by problem solving and de-escalating customer issues
- Reviewing all contacts for accuracy
