Job Summary
A financial organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing assistance related to the firm's various financial tools
- Responding to written and verbal requests from branch associates
- Answering questions regarding operational, technical and client account questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
