An entertainment ticket provider is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Specialist in Pasadena.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering customer emails and making phone calls to customers
  • Solving technical problems with strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Providing technical support via email and telephone for members who are having difficulty completing purchases

Position Requirements Include:
