An entertainment ticket provider is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Specialist in Pasadena.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering customer emails and making phone calls to customers
- Solving technical problems with strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Providing technical support via email and telephone for members who are having difficulty completing purchases
