Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Specialist in Salt Lake City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner
  • Navigating modern technologies such as extracting and researching data

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
