Job Summary

An online marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Specialist in Tallahassee.

Must be able to:

  • Have authentic conversations with our customers and strive to resolve all concerns
  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and chat 30 hours per week
  • Maintain high performance metrics including average handle time

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attending live events
  • have a proven track record of 2 years customer service experience
  • Tech-savvy
  • Must have a wired Internet connection
  • Must have (or be willing to get) Internet service with an internet speed of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
