Job Summary

A leisure travel and cruise management agency has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Travel Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling 2 - 3 inbound service and reservation calls per hour
  • Processing new vacations and making requested changes to existing reservations in a timely manner
  • Handling customer requests

Qualifications Include:

  • Proficient with internet navigation, instant messenger tools, Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Ability to concentrate and sit or stand at a desk while viewing a computer screen repetitively and answering the phone
  • Ability to delight customers by creating a remarkable experience on every call
  • Strong typing skill
  • Ability to handle customer requests
