Job Summary

A business outsourcing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Services Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer customer product, service and account related questions
  • Research and assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
  • Tailor solutions for customers to enhance their product/service enjoyment

Required Skills:

  • Six months experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person
  • Ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
