Job Summary

A marketing automation company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Solutions Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with technical issues that may arise
  • Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
  • Identifying and providing timely workarounds and solutions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major
  • 2+ years of relevant experience doing support and/or testing for a software development company
  • Working knowledge of website construction and internet-based technologies
  • Experience with HTML, PHP, JavaScript and CSS
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Basic website troubleshooting experience and use of browser developer tools
