Job Summary
A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Adoption Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build out and maintains an overall delivery model for customer success services
- Lead in the discovery of new Customer Success activation opportunities
- Provide scalable assessment tools, customer success plans, and best practices that help organizations
Position Requirements Include:
- Up to 25% travel annually
- Expertise in developing insights from customer data and analytics
- 5 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, customer success, product management or management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in the development of enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) adoption strategies
- Experience in designing targeted customer adoption and/or marketing campaigns based on customer analytics
