Job Summary

Computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Adoption Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting Customer Success Management team
  • Monitoring, consolidating, and analyzing data related to ServiceNow customer license, product, and feature usage
  • Developing adoption strategies based on analysis of this data

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel up to 25% annually
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, customer success, product management or management consulting
  • Experience in the development of enterprise software-as-a-service adoption strategies
  • Expertise in developing insights from customer data and analytics
  • Experience in designing targeted customer adoption and/or marketing campaigns based on customer analytics
  • Intrinsically curious and passionate about solving customer problems
