Job Summary
Computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Adoption Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting Customer Success Management team
- Monitoring, consolidating, and analyzing data related to ServiceNow customer license, product, and feature usage
- Developing adoption strategies based on analysis of this data
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 25% annually
- 5 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, customer success, product management or management consulting
- Experience in the development of enterprise software-as-a-service adoption strategies
- Expertise in developing insights from customer data and analytics
- Experience in designing targeted customer adoption and/or marketing campaigns based on customer analytics
- Intrinsically curious and passionate about solving customer problems
