Job Summary
A financial management software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Increase product adoption based on interacting with customers as product-related questions and issues arise
- Serve as a liaison between Customer and Professional Services to provide detailed customer requirements for solutions
- Act as subject matter expert in the company's solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing, conducting demonstrations or using software
- Professional services, solution consulting, or consulting backgrounds desired
- Ability to interact with customers, review complex requirements and provide detailed solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work with other departments (Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Engineering, Sales etc.)
